Payouts & Earnings

Payouts shows what BookMyCourt owes you each week, the commission taken and the sessions behind it. All amounts are in LKR.

Opening It​

  • Phone: tap More in the bottom bar, then Payouts.
  • Desktop: click Payouts in the sidebar.

You can also tap Earnings today on your Dashboard.

This Week​

The orange card is Payout to you · this week. It updates as sessions come in.

Under it:

  • Collected for you: session fees BookMyCourt or a venue took on your behalf.
  • Commission: BookMyCourt's commission on this week's sessions.
  • Sessions: how many sessions count this week.

Tap the card to see the week in detail.

Earlier Weeks​

Weeks run Monday to Sunday. Each closed week is listed under Earlier weeks, with its payout and status:

  • In progress: the current week, still open.
  • Being reviewed: the week has closed and BookMyCourt is checking it.
  • Ready to pay: checked and waiting to be paid.
  • Paid: sent to your bank account.
  • Comes off your next payout: you owe BookMyCourt for this week (see below).
  • Received: BookMyCourt received what you owed.
  • Carried to next week: the amount moved into next week's payout.

A Week in Detail​

How the payout adds up:

  • Fees collected for you by BookMyCourt or venues: your fees from card payments and from venues that collected them.
  • Commission: taken off, with the rate (for example Commission 3%). It applies to every session, including the ones a player paid to you directly.
  • BookMyCourt promo credits: added back when a BookMyCourt promo code paid part of your fee.
  • Carried from last week: any balance brought forward.
  • Payout to you: what you receive.

Once paid, the week shows Paid on and the payment Reference.

Collected by you directly shows money players paid you at the session. It isn't in the payout because you already have it, but its commission is.

Your sessions lists every session in the week with the player, date, your fee and who holds the money:

  • Held by BookMyCourt: the player paid by card.
  • Collected by the venue: the venue took your fee with the court.
  • Collected by you: the player paid you at the session.

When You Owe BookMyCourt​

If commission on sessions you were paid for directly is more than what was collected for you, the week's payout is negative. It shows Comes off your next payout, and the amount is taken off a later week.

No Commission​

If BookMyCourt has made your sessions commission-free, your Dashboard shows No commission on your sessions, with the end date if there is one.

Getting Paid​

Payouts go to the bank account in Profile → Bank details. See Your Coach Account.
