Getting Bookable at Venues
Why players can book you at some venues and not others — and what to do about it.
The Short Version
Every facility decides for itself whether coaches can be added to bookings there. You don't control this — the venue owner does.
The Three Policies

| Invite only | Only if the owner invited you and you accepted |
| Off | No — the venue offers no coach step at all |
If You're Not Appearing
Work through these in order:

Are your sports set? Venues only offer you for sports on your profile. See Your Coach Profile.

Does your availability overlap? Players are offered you only when your hours cover the slots they chose, on that specific date. Check Availability & Time Off — including whether you've blocked that day.

Is the venue set to Invite only? Then you need an invitation from the owner. Ask them to invite you from their facility's Coaches screen. Until you accept, you're listed as Invited and are not bookable.

Is the venue set to Off? Nothing you can do from your side — the venue has turned coach booking off entirely.
Invitations
When an owner invites you, the link starts as Invited. Accepting moves it to Accepted, and only then are you bookable at that venue under an Invite only policy.
Coaching Somewhere Not On BookMyCourt
You don't need a venue's permission to record a session at a place that isn't on the platform — use Somewhere else in the session wizard.
