Your Coach Account

The parts of Profile that aren't your coaching shopfront.

Notifications​

On desktop, Notifications sits in the Account group at the bottom of the sidebar. On mobile, tap the bell in the header. An unread count shows as a badge.

Tabs: All, Unread, and Bookings.

You're notified when:

  • A player books you for a session
  • A session you're on is changed or cancelled
  • A venue invites you to coach there

Tapping a notification opens whatever it's about.

Personal Information​

Name, email and phone — edit and save in place on Profile.

Security​

  • Change password — only for accounts created with email and password. Google and Apple accounts don't have one.
  • Delete account — permanent.

  • Dark mode — the whole console follows it

Getting Paid​

Coaches are paid by arrangement with the venue or the student — there's no coach payout account in the app. Facility Settlements and Bank details are owner-only screens.

Your Earnings today figure on the dashboard is what your sessions are worth, not a payment that has been made.

Logging Out​

Log out at the bottom of Profile, with a confirmation step.
