Setting Up Your Venue
The guided setup that runs the first time you sign in as an owner.
The Wizard
After registering, you land in a short wizard instead of the dashboard. It has four screens, and each step saves as you go — your facility is created the moment you confirm step 1, so if you stop half-way nothing is lost. Come back and you resume where you left off.
Step 1 — Welcome
A short introduction, and the list of what setup covers.
Step 2 — Facility Details

Confirming this creates your facility.
Step 3 — Courts
Add the courts players will book. You can add them one at a time, or set a quantity and a court name prefix to create a batch — Court 1, Court 2, and so on — each with a rate per hour.
Step 4 — Hours And Payout
Pick an opening-hours preset (see Operating Hours), and add your payout bank account (see Payout Bank Account).
Skipping at the welcome screen leaves all six setup steps outstanding — they follow you onto the dashboard as a Finish setup card so you don't lose them.
The Setup Checklist
A Finish setup card follows you onto the dashboard until everything is done, showing your progress — e.g. 4 of 5 done. Tapping a step jumps straight to it.
Once you have a venue, the card tracks five things:

| Add venue photos | Venues with photos get noticed first |
The first two are ticked the moment the wizard creates your facility — they're counted so the card reads as progress rather than starting you at zero.
The card instead lists the wizard's full six steps — the five above plus Invite coaches — so skipping never silently shrinks the checklist.
The card disappears once everything is done.
When You're Live
Once you have a facility, at least one active court and operating hours, players can find and book you. Bookings land in the calendar straight away.
